Colorado is a beautiful and adventurous place! Whether you’re thinking of buying or selling, I know the area and am ready to help with all of your real estate needs.
I’m originally from New York state, went to school in Washington, DC, and then as a newlywed, moved to Southern California where my husband was stationed as a pilot in the US Marine Corps and we lived for 10 years. Following a long history in Project Management, most recently with IBM (which brought us to Colorado in 1995), I turned my focus in real estate investments into a career and obtained my real estate license in 2008. I am a Realtor® and believe strongly in continuing education. I obtained my GRI Designation and am also a Certified Mountain Area Specialist and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. I am knowledgeable about real estate, organized, honest and meticulous. I’ll take the time to listen, understand your challenges and goals, and answer all the questions you have along the way. It’s a formula for success. I’m married and the mother of three fantastic children (college & beyond), plus the owner of a basset hound named Francine, adopted from a rescue league in Highlands Ranch (I’m a huge believer in shelter pets). I have been a resident of the Evergreen/Conifer area since 1996, know the area well and love the small town feel. I enjoy spending my spare time doing activities with my family, hopefully outdoors. I volunteer at Intermountain Humane Society in Pine, and was also a long term volunteer at the Senior Resource Center in Evergreen prior to pandemic changes. I am a member of the Conifer Area Chamber of Commerce, and have recently completed my tenure on the Board of Directors. I love helping buyers and sellers accomplish their goals, and I am committed to providing the highest level of service. Contact me today so we can get started!
“I would want to be associated with somebody where the financial strength was unquestioned and where the name stood for integrity. What other quality would you want that Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices does not have; and I don't think you could find one.”Warren Buffett, chairman and CEO, Berkshire Hathaway Inc.
Thoughtful design and timeless quality abound in this home with plenty of space, high end finishes and a great location. This home has it all with views, a turret entry, fabulous outdoor areas, a location near open space and on a cul-de-sac, radiant in-floor heat in the home, driveway (no winter shoveling necessary!) and courtyard plus unique spaces for a multitude of interests…art, exercise, relaxation or privacy. The Sellers designed and built the home without missing any details, including adding a future upstairs laundry room, a mudroom area for your pets, oversized closets for your sports equipment, a 4 car heated 1,400 sq. ft. garage with a lockable storage room below, 6 fireplaces (including the master bath room) and attic access for future air conditioning or a swamp cooler. Please be sure to watch the tour, there are additional pictures of the art/craft room and the bonus rooms. The exterior was repainted the summer of 2020 and the interior has been meticulously maintained. Map the location…you’ll find easy access to local schools (walking distance to Bergen Valley Elementary, playgrounds and soccer fields), shopping and restaurants, plus it’s easy to get on I-70 for a trip to Denver or the mountains for skiing. Main floor offices could be converted to a main floor master bedroom and living area with access to a ¾ bath, to become the perfect in-law or nanny space.
