Colorado is a beautiful and adventurous place! Whether you’re thinking of buying or selling, I know the area and am ready to help with all of your real estate needs.
I’m originally from New York state, went to school in Washington, DC, and then as a newlywed, moved to Southern California where my husband was stationed as a pilot in the US Marine Corps and we lived for 10 years. Following a long history in Project Management, most recently with IBM (which brought us to Colorado in 1995), I turned my focus in real estate investments into a career and obtained my real estate license in 2008. I am a Realtor® and believe strongly in continuing education. I obtained my GRI Designation and am also a Certified Mountain Area Specialist and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. I am knowledgeable about real estate, organized, honest and meticulous. I’ll take the time to listen, understand your challenges and goals, and answer all the questions you have along the way. It’s a formula for success. I’m married and the mother of three fantastic children (college & beyond), plus the owner of a basset hound named Francine, adopted from a rescue league in Highlands Ranch (I’m a huge believer in shelter pets). I have been a resident of the Evergreen/Conifer area since 1996, know the area well and love the small town feel. I volunteer at the Senior Resource Center and Intermountain Humane Society, and I enjoy spending my spare time doing activities with my family, hopefully outdoors. I am a Berkshire Hathaway Honor Society Award winner, and on the Board of Directors of the Conifer Area Chamber of Commerce. I love helping buyers and sellers accomplish their goals, and I am committed to providing the highest level of service. Contact me today so we can get started!
“I would want to be associated with somebody where the financial strength was unquestioned and where the name stood for integrity. What other quality would you want that Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices does not have; and I don't think you could find one.”Warren Buffett, chairman and CEO, Berkshire Hathaway Inc.
